EDITORIAL October 12, 1999 VNN4925 Comment on this story Sri Siksastaka BY ARIJIT DAS  EDITORIAL, Oct 12 (VNN) — Sri Siksastaka1 of 8 Slokas Written By Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu O my Lord, Your holy name alone can render all benediction to living beings, and thus You have hundreds and millions of names, like Krsna and Govinda. In these transcendental names you have invested all your transcendental energies. There are not even hard and fast rules for chanting these names. O my Lord, out of kindness You enable us to easily approach You by Your holy names, but I am so unfortunate that I have no attraction for them. Approach the holy name with a pure motive and surrender your heart to the directions of your guru. Chant and be happy. Everyone has a Divine Guru and he/she will be revealed to you when your sincere at heart. He/she will stand in front of you and take you by the ear back to home back to Godhead. Please do not commit offense to the Name or Vaisnava otherwise all will be lost. If by chance offense is committed approach the Vaisnava sincerely and beg for forgiveness. Being very compassionate toward all living entities he/she will give you mercy and you will be allowed to approach the holy name once again.
