EDITORIAL September 10, 1999 VNN4696 Comment on this story Removed The Tears From Their Eyes BY ARIJIT DAS  EDITORIAL, Sep 10 (VNN) — The disciple (Brahmin) and the Guru (Sarupa) soon met the Lord, entered into the world of ecstacy and fell on the ground as if to give a prostrated obeisance to the Lord. Sri Gopala-deva (Sri Krishna) Who is ever subdued to the Premic devotees hurriedly approached them and with a great joy embraced both of them but sooner He also entered into a trance and fell down on the earth unconscious. Ah the very ocean of mercy! The most blissful Lord bathed them both with His joyful tears.Next, after sometime He having composed Himself got up and with His Own Hands comforted both of them and lifted them up from the bed of the earth. Ah, ha, the most affectionate and kind-hearted Lord with His Own Lotus-Palm removed the tears from their eyes and also the dusts from their body; time and again He most affectionately kissed them. And then seated together He comforted the Brahmin with blissful chatting.
