All glories to Srila Prabhupada. PAMFO I am surprised to see your fallicious statement on Chakra which was sent to me by one devotee. I am not surprised in one sense as prior to this, I was told some things about your character by other devotees. So although one does not expect sannyasis, gurus or GBCs to lie, based on what were ARE seeing of so many of our Gocsiblings in these positions, I am not surprised.
At any rate, you have lied about me, knowing that we only "met" very briefly - a few minutes outside of the Govardhan Palace where you got out of your taxi. I did not even know who the sannyasi was to whom I was paying my obeisances to until that one sannyasi, (whose name I do not know, but who was previously called Jaya Balaram prabhu as a brahmacari), called out, "Kavicandra Maharaj." Then I asked you what I mentioned in this letter to Chakra. The first quality of a brahmana is truthfulness. The sannyasis are teachers of all the varnas and asramas. You are also supposed to be a guru. It is because of the improprieties of so-called ITS GON "leaders" like you that Srila Prabhupada's movement is going through all of the problems that it is. They will NOT go away with this kind of continued behavior of the leaders. My dear Maharaj, I directly call you a liar. Go look up "satyam" in Srila Prabhupada's purport in BG 10.4. I hope for your OWN sake, that you will change your own consciousness, as Lord Caitanya said, trinad api sunicena taror api sahisnuna... Part of humility is truthfulness. And you are a liar, (amongst other things). But it is not for me to say what other devotees who have served under you say. That is for them to speak up if they so feel to do so. I received the following email from one devotee in which s/he sent me the following Chakra article: "--- ian.net wrote: Date: Thu, 2 Mar 2000 10:26:39 -0800 To: mvvd@yahoo.com "Wild accusationsI am sending in this reply to Chakra although I am highly doubtful that Chakra will post it. I am also sending in a copy of my letter to Kavichandra Maharaj which was CC to Chakra as well. My answer: Pretty amazing that Kavicandra Maharaj would make the following statements on Chakra, including, "I have met Mahavegavati Mataji and I believe that, to put it mildly, she has a very vivid imagination," since Kavicandra Maharaj does not know me at all other than my seeing him once, for only a matter of a few minutes outside the Govardhan Palace where I asked him about a few devotees in West Africa, (who I named), and asked how they were doing. I did not even know that the sannyasi who got out of the taxi was Kavicandra Maharaj until one devotee, (who as a brahmacari used to be named Jaya Balaram prabhu, and has since taken sannyas initiation outside of ISKCON, but whose sannyas name I do not know), called out, "Kavicandra Maharaj." I then went over to Kavicandra Maharaj and asked him, "Are you Kavicandra Maharaj?" He answered, "I think that is what they call me." I then asked, "I heard that you are in West Africa. Is that true?" His answer, "Maybe." I then named a few of the West African devotees and asked if they were still there. Kavicandra Maharaj replied with an etherial, "Could be." I then asked him, "How is Vasudev, Pariksit, Srivatsa, and Candrasekhar doing?" Kavicandra Maharaj, answered etherially, "I don't know." As it was very obvious that he did not want to give me any straight answers, I just left. Other than that, I have never met this man before nor spoken with him, and I have never said a word to him other than these statements spoken above. In SB 8.20.4, Bali Maharaj says, "There is nothing more sinful than untruthfulness. Because of this, Mother Earth once said,'I can bear any heavy thing except a person who is a liar.'" So I directly accuse Kavicandra Maharaj of out and out lying with reference to his statements submitted to Chakra both with relation to myself and the following, "The atmosphere in Africa is also very conducive to provoking wildly fearful imaginations. The people are generally full of anxiety and that effects visitors." Maybe Kavicandra Maharaj has become affected by "the atmosphere in Africa," due to his own inabilities to deal with things there. Although things can get heavy at times due to the way the modes of material nature interact there, no one who is properly practicing Krsna consciousness will become affected by "wildly fearful imaginations." Obviously Maharaj himself must have become affected by his stays in Africa, as he has never met me other than what I related above, thus he would never know anything about me and could not legitimately make these statements.
